Candidate Filtering

At AggieCareers, we use a filtering process that eliminates this problem. We can limit the submission to the job posting by the candidate, if they do not match all of the employers primary criteria. This ensures that time is not wasted by the employer with unqualified candidates.

E-Portfolios

On other job posting sites, the employer is getting a limited view of the candidate. Not so at AggieCareers! We allow employers to get a broader view of the candidates by supplying all documents relative to the candidates work history. These documents include their résumé, designations in their field, and other vital pieces of information about the candidate. By viewing these documents, the employer can really understand what the candidate is about before they put in the time of interviewing.

Updated Profiles

At AggieCareers, our system allows the employer to automatically see updates to the candidate’s profile, this includes candidates that have already submitted for a job posting.
